The rule
Fixed, public, boring
Buy. Upside ≥ 20%, quality ≥ 0.5, profitable, positive cash earnings, net debt ≤ 3.5× EBIT, not at a cyclical peak. Top 15 by upside, equal weight.
Sell. Upside < 5% (fair value), quality < 0.4, losses or negative cash earnings, net debt > 4.5× EBIT, or a cyclical peak.
Swap. A held name ranked below 30 is replaced when a candidate has 25 points more upside (max 2 a day, after 28 trading days held).
Rebalance. When a weight drifts ±25% from target. Every trade pays 5 bp.
